Who we are
Kara H. Daley
Kara H. Daley, a long time resident of Corvallis, earned her JD and Certificate of Alternative Dispute Resolution from Willamette Law School. Kara also graduated with honors from Oregon State University receiving a BA in American Studies, a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Japanese. After several years of litigation work, Kara returned to Corvallis to concentrate her efforts in estate planning, elder law and debtor creditor work, fields which allow her to get to know her clients and assist them with positive life-changes.
Melanie M.
Melanie Mahan is the stalwart office manager who deftly keeps the multitude of legal documents flowing in proper time. Melanie, also a long-time Corvallis resident received her BS degree in Animal Science from Oregon State University.
Amanda
Amanda skillfully applies her keen sense of organization to the duties of the front desk receptionist, providing the critical interface between clients, paperwork and Mrs. Daley. Her friendly disposition is certain to brighten your visit. She holds a Legal Assistant/Paralegal Certification from Western Business College.
Four-Legged Assistants
The office is often visited by various staff pets including Zia the aged but still energetic border collie and Linda the small bubbly bichon frise.
