Who we are
Kara H. Daley
Kara H. Daley, a long time resident of Corvallis, earned her JD and Certificate of Alternative Dispute Resolution from Willamette University’s College of Law. Kara also graduated with honors from Oregon State University receiving a BA in American Studies, a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Japanese. After several years of litigation work, Kara returned to Corvallis to focus on estate planning, elder law, and debtor/creditor work, fields which allow her to get to know her clients and assist them with positive life changes.
Amanda
Amanda, our civil case manager, deftly keeps a multitude of legal documents flowing in proper time. She is our contact person for wills, trusts, probate, and guardian/conservatorship matters. Amanda is a certified and talented legal assistant with a gift for kindness.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth, our federal case manager, brings order to chaos. She is our contact person for all bankruptcy and medicaid matters. Elizabeth has been pursing her B.A. at OSU and competently shepherds our clients through their mountains of paperwork.
